I will not invest in those companies whose future I cannot predict with any degree of certainty." He added: "There are so many areas in India that are out of my area of competence. But similar to how I make investments in the US, I will look at companies where there is a modest rate of change." This means that sectors such as technology and semiconductor, which he admits to have little competence in, might not be top priority.
